01 · AKAR ERP
an ERP that started as my own bookkeeping and now closes the books for companies with real warehouses.
double-entry bookkeeping. multi-currency. manufacturing. marketplace orders pulled off shopee and tiktok and reconciled down to the platform fee, at an hour when no one is watching. a forecasting module that says what to reorder before anyone asks. corrections that reverse instead of delete, because the ledger, unlike me, is not allowed to pretend things didn't happen. i built it because every ERP i tried to buy was, in some way, slightly worse than building one from scratch, which is, with hindsight, a sentence i should have read more carefully before writing.
02 · MIERAKIGAI · you are reading this through it
a CRM that grew a landing-page builder, which is now showing you a landing page about itself.
started life as a customer-relationship tool for my own agency. picked up a marketplace ingestor, an accrual posting engine, a daily-tracking dashboard, link-pages, webstores with real checkout, and finally a section-based builder for landing pages. the page you are looking at was assembled in it. the form below posts into its leads table. the storefront on lalss.com runs on it too. the recursion stopped being a joke and became the architecture.
03 · ANIMA POS
a cash register, a kitchen screen, and a qr code on the table, so nobody has to wave at a waiter again.
point-of-sale for shops where the wifi is a rumor. the till works offline, on purpose. then it grew meja & qr, so customers scan, order, and pay from the table, and a kitchen display that queues it all in real time. the webstore it used to carry moved in with the CRM, which is what happens to features in this family: they get rehomed where they are loved. one (1) app that has accepted what it is now.
04 · AMA BUSINESS FORUM
the forum with twelve users that quietly became the passport office for everything else.
single sign-on across the whole suite. oauth 2.1 for the AIs, magic links for the humans. very rarely, someone posts. but every login in every product above walks through this one quiet door, which makes it the most load-bearing wall in the building. there is a lesson in there about quiet people, too.
05 · LAKON HRIS
an HRIS with payroll, chat, and project boards, for the team that builds everything else on this page.
kanban boards, time sheets, payslips, leave requests, attendance, announcements, chat, a payroll that actually disburses. originally an internal tool, because every HRIS i tried to buy felt like wallpaper hanging over a payroll spreadsheet. now it has an ios app that ships its own over-the-air updates from a server i also run, because the app store review queue and i disagree about what 'urgent' means. twelve modules, and one reliably-late employee, who is also the person approving the leave.
06 · LAL · the dark one, on purpose
a memory for a company. every employee's AI reads the same brain, and sees exactly their slice.
i kept a markdown brain for my own claude fleet, because everything i learn keeps leaving — people quit, sessions end, i sleep, occasionally. so i built the one coworker that forgets nothing, then sold it as a product: a living knowledge graph a team writes and their AIs read over mcp. per-leaf permissions, full history, a 3d graph that lights up with what everyone is reading. my own AIs know the company better than i do now. i try not to think about this after 2am. the plate is dark because the product refused the cream. i respect that in software.

somewhere in 2026 i stopped writing most of the code and started running the thing that writes it. this is that org, disclosed in full.
the founder: me. reviews everything, signs everything, owns the bank account and the blame. the fleet: eight claude instances, cc1 through cc8, on one mac mini the size of a sandwich. scouts do the recon. police gate every change. a scribe writes down what we learned, so nothing has to be learned twice. the constitution: one page, enforced by hooks, not vibes. rule zero: 'done' means live in production, verified end to end, by someone who is not the author. the memory: the company brain is a product now (plate a, number six). the fleet reads it before every task and writes back what it learned. it remembers everything. i remember, on a good day, three things. payroll: an api bill. attrition: zero, technically. morale: unmeasured, suspected fine.
i used to write all the code myself. it was lonely, but at least the bugs were mine. now eight claude instances write most of it, the police review it, and a scribe files what we learned under 'scars', so each mistake only ever happens once, to me, permanently, in writing. i still check everything in production myself, at 3am, the way you check a stove you are almost sure you turned off. the machines never get tired. i get tired enough for all nine of us. we ship anyway. it has been going well for months now, which is, historically, when i start to worry.

i started building because i needed something to need me back. spreadsheets felt like therapy until they did not. then i learned next.js, then react, then postgres, then how to tell a client their requirements are emotionally damaging. now i run a small group of companies. we make software. we make mistakes. the software is mostly working. the rest is a work in progress. every product on this page started as a workaround for a thing i did not want to pay for, then turned into a thing i could not stop building. by the time i noticed there were seven, and the workaround for keeping up with all of them became the newest one: a fleet of AIs with a shared memory and a one-page constitution. one is an ERP. one is a cash register. one is a passport office. one is a brain. all of them are mine. all of them are unfinished. that is, on most days, the point.

things i love: cold espresso, well-named functions, the moment a deploy goes green on the first try. things i mourn: eight hours of sleep, the windows laptop (retired july 2026, survived by a mac mini), the version of me who thought this would be easier. things i suspect: that ambition and loneliness are often the same person wearing different shoes, and that 'management' is just anxiety with direct reports. things i can build: most of the back, half the front, none of the design. i used to pay for design with feelings. i now pay for it by the token. the feelings stayed. things i still cannot build: a sales motion, a haircut, a calendar that respects boundaries. things i am sure of: not many. the code compiles. the fleet checks. for now.

i did not arrive at any of this gracefully.
2012 to 2014 · australia. finished a diploma. parallel to that, worked any kind of muscle labor available, and, briefly, a bit of illegal. that part is closed. probably statute-barred. supermarket rotisserie chicken counted as a meal in this era. write it down. 2014 · came back to indonesia. bought a churros gerobak. pushed it myself. real-time, real wheels. cooked the dough at the cart, smiled at strangers, learned how to count change in my head while the gas tank threatened to die. that was the first time i thought "someone should make accounting for this." (no one did. so.) 2015 · owned a cafe. then another one. mostly i learned that the difference between owning a cafe and being broke at a cafe is a bookkeeping software you cannot afford. 2016 · started akar partner as smb consulting. theory: small businesses are getting ripped off by every software they touch and someone should help. practice: largely the same theory, just with more invoices. early 2020s · implemented ERPs at manufacturing clients. multi-station, multi-warehouse, multi-currency, the kind of complexity where a client says "we have a small workflow" and then opens a 47-tab spreadsheet older than my marriage prospects. learned how to nod thoughtfully while doing math in my head, and how to translate "we already have a system" into "we have three excel files and a wechat group." mid 2020s · two of my consulting clients merged with akar instead of churning. mierakigai (a digital + marketing agency) and anima (a creative agency) walked in as projects and walked out as partners. we now share a bookkeeper, ship for each other, and argue politely about which app gets the bigger budget. akar kept being smb consulting, the way some people keep being therapists: not because we are healed, just because we are useful. now · one client does roughly half a trillion rupiah in annual sales. i still answer their whatsapp messages personally, often before coffee. i don't know what that says about either of us. 2026 · the year the org chart became software. seven products. eight claude instances with a shared memory and a one-page constitution. the windows laptop retired in july; the whole operation now runs from a mac mini that fits in one hand. i stopped typing most of the code. i did not stop being responsible for every line of it. apparently that trade is called management. nobody warns you that it is mostly worrying, in writing. also 2026 · turned the memory itself into a product, because the only coworker who never forgets anything turned out to be one i had to build. then the whole apparatus rewrote this page while i watched. i checked every word anyway, at 3am, which is either quality control or a condition. (damn, time flies.)
